Schedule a professional, on-site consultation with a Schmid Construction project manager. During your visit, we’ll evaluate your property, review your project scope, and provide a detailed estimate.
Consultation Fee: $100
The consultation fee is credited toward your project if you move forward with Schmid Construction.
This option is best for clients ready to move forward and needing accurate pricing for renovations, structural lifts, dirt work, custom woodwork, or new builds.
Cancellation Policy:
Consultations canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be fully reimbursed. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
